Refund & Cancellation policy

After the delivery you have right to exchange/return your product within 2 days.

TERM & CONDITIONS:-
- item must maintain its original condition and be in its original packaging
- Products should be un-used.
ELIGIBILY TO GET REFUND /RETURN, ONLY WHEN:-
- The product is damaged, or you have received the incorrect item.
- The product’s seal is broken or you have received the expired product.
- No items would be returned or refunded if they are bought in sale period or belongs to gifting category.
REFUND REQUIREMENT (MUST TO BE ATTACHED & MENTION IN EMAIL):-
- Order number to be mentioned
- invoice picture
- Outer box & clear images of damaged product to be sent.
PAYMENT REFUNDS:
Once we received your return and inspected the same, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you that your refund will approve or not. If approve, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it generally takes around 5-7 days to reflect this amount.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once an order is confirmed, we will not entertain or accept any Cancellation requests.
MISCELLANEOUS:-
In case of an exchange, the product will be delivered to you within 5-6 days after the return pick-up is done.
